Turkish Travertine

Travertine differs from the limestone since there are significant differences in molecular structure as well as texture.

Limestone is usually softer than travertine, since the latter has holes, something which is rare in the limestone.

Travertine can be processed in line with the grain or transverse to the grain, which means that visually it may occur in very different ways.

The main use of the Turkish Travertine is in paving of walls and floors, both indoor and outdoors.
